Adult Health Services

Our commitment is to serve disabled and impaired adults and their families by offering quality, diverse day health services in a compassionate, professional manner. We strive to prevent or delay institutionalization and social isolation through creative and therapeutic intervention in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment.

The program offers comprehensive medical treatment including nursing services, occupational and physical therapy, speech therapy, nutrition, music therapy, and counseling.

In addition, programming includes supervised social and educational activities, exercise, special outings and events, pet therapy, music, and arts and crafts. Caregiving support groups and counseling are also available. South County Adult Day Services is licensed by the State of California Department of Health Services.
Eligibility: Serves the needs of adults eighteen years or older with disabilities or impairments, who are at risk of institutionalization.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Transportation: Available to and from the Center to participants living in designated areas.
Rates: Fee for service basis: $72-86 per day. Medi-Cal provides coverage. Some insurance companies also offer coverage. Limited number of scholarships available.
