Opportunities
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, South County
Senior Services, Inc. relies on private and corporate support to
provide services to seniors.
Approximately 38% of the entire budget is provided through the Older
Americans Act. The Remaining 62% comes from fee-for-services, grants,
donations and annual fund raising efforts.
There are many opportunities for you or your organization to leave
a legacy in your community:
Corporate and Individual
Membership: Become an annual or lifetime
member of South County Senior Services. Benefits vary according to
membership.
Hearts
of Gold: Honor
a loved one on the Adult Day Services Hearts of Gold Tree.
Gifts range from $100 -$500.

others who are remembered on the Florence Sylvester Memorial
Senior Center Tree of Life. Gifts range from $100 -$750.

Circle: Ensure
the Florence Sylvester Memorial Senior Center is available

-$10,000.

Legacy Society: The Legacy Society represents the enlightened concern of individuals who
have felt and seen the impact of South County Senior Services on the lives of many people.
It is a reminder of South County Senior Services' mission and symbolizes the desire to see
South County Senior Services to influence and educate its senior community.
The Legacy Society was established for the supporters of South County Senior Services to
help provide for long-range financial stability of the organization. We do not ask for funds
now but request that you consider including South County Senior Services in your long-range
financial plans. By doing this now, you may find that tax advantages can increase the value
