1. Thou shalt rise every morning at the same time.

2. Thou shalt go outside in the fresh air.

3. Thou shalt exercise early in the day.

4. Thou shalt not drink caffeinated beverages in the afternoon.

5. Thou shalt drink alcohol only in moderation.

6. Thou shalt not nap excessively in the day.

7. Thou shalt keep the bedroom tranquil and comfortable.

8. Thou shalt not indulge in worrying at bedtime.

9. Thou shalt lie down at the same time every night.
